It's called "Burn-9," a turn-based tactical visual novel. You're the operator directing a super soldier fighting for her life in a secret Antarctic military base.
The demo is short but our game director and author, my nephew, has a very long story to tell once we're all done.

@Drwave good point, my choice of words shows bias. The point I’m trying to make is that I love the childlike wonder of an original setting, the going in with no expectations. And I love the familiarity of a good sequel, like seeing old friends.
But I understand sequels getting a different kind of scrutiny by offering a natural point of comparison.

@Drwave wow… apologies I should have fact checked myself. In my memories I placed Toy Story 2 much later, more in the time frame that belongs to 3.

@Drwave there was a time when it seemed impossible that Pixar would get into the sequel business, then they made it a form of art. It’s quite extraordinary.
