The irony, that after years of forcing divs and spans instead of proper semantic elements, AI is drowning in the problem of being incapable of navigating and parsing the web.

And yet, instead of using efforts to create a more semantic web, they instead try again to create their own way.

Hopefully I’ll still be working to see the next cycle.

If you were previously following the TetraLogical team on a11y.social, we're no longer there (the instance isn't being maintained and we lost access to our account), but the good news is that you'll find us here instead: @TetraLogical 👏

Hello! We’ve moved servers. If you’d like to keep up with our work on digital accessibility, follow us here: https://indieweb.social/@Tetra

And a little boost would be much appreciated :)

Not wishing anything on anyone, just here to call out that everyone complaining about the half-time show being primarily in Spanish proves one thing: they get the importance of being able to understand content, and how not being able to understand is a barrier. Now stretch yourself a little and apply that to things outside of your own experience.

On Feb 10 at 11am ET, I'll be speaking on a panel with Janina Sajka and Chris Maher, and hosted by Mike Paciello. This session explores how emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, and automation are being used to overcome long-standing accessibility challenges and enable more scalable, proactive solutions.
