Circa five years ago the browsers dropped FTP support.

#curl still supports it. In 2024, 23% of curl users said they used FTP within the past two years.

@nixCraft i3wm and a Dvorak keyboard layout. No need to lock your workstation (I have confused colleagues when I've sat down at their machine setup in a similar way and been able to type so it's not fool proof)

@nixCraft sometimes, when you have to cross the border, the staff wants to check the computer for some state critism or whatever. if you refuse to give the password, you can get the pc when you leave the country again.

i am really curious, what would happen in this case or when the computer just boots in terminal
