I walk with the spirit of the frog 🐸, learning from shamanic traditions of the Amazon, while tending the hearth of off-grid simplicity and permaculture living.

Between sun and moon, root and star, I wander toward a life that feels true — woven with spiritism, herbal wisdom, and cosmic laughter.
