I would call your attention to a significant sequence of events.

1. Trump attacks Harvard.
2. Harvard refuses to fold.
3. Universities around the country start to form a mutual defense pact against Trump.
4. Trump now says that letter to Harvard was never supposed to be sent.

What it does show is that Trump, like bullies everywhere, folds when he faces firm opposition. So we need to put firm opposition in his face at every opportunity.

Hundreds of SF protesters form human banner to spell out defiance to Trump

Several hundred people spelled out their dissatisfaction with the Trump administration Saturday by forming a human banner at #SanFrancisco’s Ocean Beach.

The group formed the words “IMPEACH + REMOVE” by assembling in each letter to protest the actions of Trump and adviser Elon #Musk.

Protesters nationwide have rallied on weekends in response to #Trump’s steep #tariffs on imports, his push for mass #deportations, and his threats to higher education funding in response to pro-Palestinian demonstrations.

Vote cast in the Canadian federal election.

Get out and vote. The biggest threat to democracy is low voter turnout. The polls mean nothing if people don’t show up.
