Jeroen Sondervan will talk on "Open Science: Resilience in times of global crises" at one of our behind the bookshelves coffee lectures on April 7 between 13:30-14:00 (https://www.lib4ri.ch/node/802). I am looking forward to his talk and his experience from Netherlands. The amount of times I have heard "knowledge security" in meetings during the last month is worrying.

Changed my modem and router. Don't know if I would have achieved it without a stable mobile internet connection. The installation guides on both the router and the access point were only available online.

Met the other Fabian Felder @ the Swiss library congress last week. Yes, you read right, there are two of us and both librarians. Small world...
Co-authored a report that recommends harmonizing the mode in which metadata on research data is reported to DataCite. It is absolutely necessary that we help researchers deliver proper metadata or else no one will find their data (not even AI). For those interested, here you go: https://doi.org/10.55408/eawag:35606
