Was mad: I had it all planned out but it was the day Covid uncertainty kicked in and places were closing left, right and centre so I had to think on my feet as the place we were booked in to shut just hours earlier. The next day we were in lockdown.
(Originally we had tickets to see CocoRosie and the proposal was going to be at the gig, but they had cancelled a few weeks earlier due to Covid uncertainties, so plans had already changed once before all this too!)

Went to see some snowdrops today. Here you can see a few clumps and some of the varied insides.
Fun facts:
A few years ago a rare individual snowdrop variety sold for a record £1,390!
Contrary to popular belief ‘snowdrop’ is not named after snow but a style of earring.
‘Snowdrop’ is the common name. Galanthus is the botanical name, which is Greek for milk flower.
There are 19 naturally occurring species and over 2500 human-cultivated varieties of snowdrop.
