@AnnaAnthro It's a start. It's just bananas that this is even the least bit contentious. Judges don't hide their faces, public defenders don't hide their faces, IRS agents don't hide their faces, etc., etc. These masked goons are such poser, tough guy wannabes.

Also, it's "fun" to imagine what Alex Jones and co. would have been screeching if Obama/Biden had dispatched jack booted thugs with masks on to invade their neighborhoods and enforce gun laws or DUI checkpoints or whatever.

A friend, @chloetankahhui has been speaking up against the proposal to enforce age verification at the OS level, and the QRTs to this shows the extent of naivety that a lot of people have.

No one who does hardware security believes that any system is bulletproof, but do you really think that circumventing these things will always be a simple firmware mod or hardware hack?
