There is a lot to learn from the Germans regarding civic education - here is for example the #BC4D, the initiative of the Hertie and the Robert Bosch Stiftung, providing trainings to employees in the private sector about building #resilience and protecting #democracy: https://www.bc4d.org/

As the majority of such trainings have only reached the younger generation up to now, it is deliberately connected to workplaces and thus to adults of all ages.
