No, I am saying someone who wants to use QT can already migrate to an ActivityPub tool that has express support for them, like Calckey (e.g. vancity.social). Then the usual rules of Federation will determine whether their use is for good or evil.
This is why calling everything "Mastodon" is so counter-productive. There's much more out there and it's all interoperable.

@simon It's the reason I usually go to external server to look at the post and then sometimes there is a point of the thread not visible in my instance where is better to reply, so I manually copy the URL of that post and I search it on my instance to reply under it.
