It's amazing what understanding can do for a project like this.

Needless to say, I got it up and running. I still have a lot to learn, but its working.

I few months ago I decided I wanted to set up a @photoprism instance, using #photosync to automatically upload pics off the phone. All of this spawning from being burned by #google once again.

I saw a setup using the #raspberrypi and a #radxa SATA hat. I followed a tutorial and managed to fry a SATA hat.

I took a step back and put it all aside for a month or two to let my brain recharge. I came back to it deciding that I would try to understand what I was actually doing.

The drive to #create is so strong right now. I want to make #art #music and just generally have some sort of output. Setting up this #mastodon #server is a part of that. I always feel like I’ve got nothing to say, but maybe it’s more true that I’ve just never tried to say something.

So, join me on this adventure as I relearn the #artist within.
