I like movies and music in probably like a 65/35 split. I like food of all kinds but have no desire to learn how to cook.

You might know me best as YouLittleJerk on Letterboxd, or previously as @ej, or even more previously as @EricJ, and we may have been friends before so I'll understand if you decline my friendship - especially if we haven't interacted in a while - but I hope you'll consider it.

Anyway, all my best to you and yours!

I started watching the movie, but I think my wife will like it so I stopped so we can watch it together later. I'm already enjoying the exchanges!
Woof.

I Love Boosters (2026) - 4.5
Go see it, it's great!

The Yogurt Shop Murders (2025) - 3
Watched because my wife was watching it. I don't think docs of this nature are for me.

A Fistful of Dollars (1964) - 4+❤️
Sergio & Clint made a fun little movie.

Thief (1981) - 4.5+❤️
Mike & Jim made a nice little commentary. This movie rips! #MovieClub

Terminator Salvation (2009) - 1.5
Garbage.

Meek's Cutoff (2010) - Between 4 and 4.5, can't stop thinking of how this is like The Witch.

Live view of me at the end of my wife's cousin's sister-in-law's wedding ceremony when the pujari announces the couple as husband and wife and that lunch is about to be served.

Love to see a Letterboxd Easter egg, even if it's just a font change.

Also: Go see it - it's great!

A true #LastFourWatched for #LetterboxdFriday this week!

The Goonies (1985) - 4.5 + a heart
A forever favorite. My wife's first time seeing it. The 4k looks great!

Is God Is (2026) - 3.5
Solid revenge story with a fun cast of characters. Sterling K. Brown...damn!

Night of the Zombies (aka Hell of the Living Dead) (1980) - 3
My good friend's turn to pick for our weekly movie night. Decently fun, if not a smidge too long.

House (1977) - 4.5
A joyous, chaotic piece of art. So happy it exists!

Cutter's Way (1981) - 5
A briskly paced, neo-noir-light, paranoid-sorta-mystery, not-quite-a-conspiracy-thriller wrapped in the shroud of a post-war societal/systematic fatigue where optimism has faded. John Heard elevates this pup up to a 5.

Certain Women (2016) - 5
A heartbreaking movie about loneliness. It made me very sad yet, at the same time, happy to be alive so that I could experience such sadness.

Hokum (2026) - 2.5
This one missed the mark for me. Hokum indeed.

I placed my hand weirdly on the bed while doing Duolingo and Mabel Baby had to lay down paws curled on it to rest her head.
