Bonjour,

Hi!

You can get the #postprint version of my last article here:
https://hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/hal-01898906

This article is about #battery #ageing (degradation): how #capacity (amp-hours) and #efficiency decrease over time.

It provides quite simple equations, easy to implement if you want you simulate battery ageing by your own.

Two lithium-ion technologies are available: LFP and NMC

Any comments and questions are welcome!

‘Electric flying is becoming a reality’, says easyJet CEO as they plan to test 9-seater electric plane next year

Electric propulsion is slowly taking over almost every segment of transportation, but flight remains the most difficult to electrify. Now, easyJet CEO says that ‘electric flying is becoming a…

Hello,

I am Guest Editor of a Special issue in MDPI Batteries, an open access journal.
This Special issue is entitled: "#Batteries and #Supercapacitors #Aging".
If you are working on this topic and you want to publish for EVERYBODY (i.e. #openaccess) this is a good opportunity.

thank you for sharing (retoot)!

Did you know that you don't need to use link shorteners (bit.ly, etc.) on Mastodon? All links, no matter how long, only count for 23 characters against your 500 limit!

(And since link shorteners are bad for user experience and break the web, there's almost no good reason to use 'em! 😄)

Hello!

Here is my #introductions :
I am a Research Engineer with a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Lyon (France). My research is focused in characterisation and modelling of batteries in #electricvehicles, specially in #battery ageing (degradation).

I am interested in #sustainability and #alternatives for #mobility (and for other human activities).
My other interests are related to openness (#openaccess, #opendata, #foss, …).

I will also toot about #latex, #matlab and #environment
