I’ve been having fun experimenting with purple sweet potatoes. Inspired by purple as the color for #EpilepsyAwarenessMonth ~ this is purple sweet potato ice cream, I also made purple butter Mochi , waffles, and cream cheese frosting all made with purple sweet potato purée.

Antique #BerkeleyFD coat button, brass I think, from early 1900’s. Not sure where/ when I got it but my dad was from Oakland & my parents met in #Berkeley in the 60’s. The back has text CHAS RUBENS & CO CHICAGO. Description in +Alt.
