Making a private wiki with ALL the info from the rulebooks of an rpg, statblocks, and so on, may be a ton of work, but it scratches my autistic need of sorting things in ways nothing else can, really. AND it's useful! ✌️​

In 1995, 27 years ago today, White Wolf Gaming Studio published Changeling: The Dreaming, a role-playing game about people who realize they're faeries. In real life, the #otherkin community had already existed since 1990, & they felt the game reflected their feelings eerily well, though the game designers weren't otherkin. They talked about this in Nick Mamatas's 2001 Village Voice article about otherkin, "Elven Like Me:"

How, HOW are there no good rules for #changelingthedreaming to handle drunkenness? No, giving the character one bashing damage once you're done does not cut it. We have a whole kith of party-goers, surely doing something while drunk can't be too rare?

Restarting my bimonthly #dnd game tonight! It's going to be basically a continue of the game after the main arc has ended, which is very exciting. Can't wait to play my barbarian again!
