Some really smart uses of chatgtp here, to get to know customers better. First the ability to take interviews and get themes pulled out is smart.
The SEO and lover of user research in me thinks... Scrape a ton of user reviews for your biz and competitors and deploy a method like this to look for themes in positive and negative reviews. Too often we group sentiment into positive or negative, but a lot of the value is in understanding a level deeper.
