@rbreich , yes, but what do we do about it? There is (or should be) a basic, clear definition of "person" to go with the principle of "one person, one vote." But how do we codify it? A literal act of Congress? Constitution 3.0? Is there a practical means to right this wrong?
#introduction #Broadband consulting is my main gig. I've also been working on a "slo-mo" #talent and #workforce #planning SaaS startup for several years. My real concern and big interest is how to maximize the benefits of #networks for people. The key to achieving this is a more holistic, integrated approach to community, economic, and workforce development. The challenge is that most business executives and civic leaders simply don't have the basic knowledge, mental models, and practices to achieve this. So I'm tapping my experience as an educator and updating my knowledge of media to tackle this challenge.
@amca01 do you understand why customers use your company's products/services and how to align people and resources to delight customers? If so, you have "strategic vision." Of course, what they probably meant was you don't kowtow to higher ups who have no strategic vision!

@ignas I just posted about this!

Basic #executive #failure to #listen and #plan but, most importantly, to #engage their organizations' #authenticintelligence.

It really comes to hubris, but the rank and file employees, who the execs should have been engaging, bear the pain!

For change to flourish you need to create a school culture that understands growth is a never-ending process. There is and never will be one "best" way to do things. #education #leadership #edutoot #edutooter #edutooters #digilead
