[Gen Z] believes it’s time to sweep away capitalist norms in the economy altogether. “A lot of people in my generation are just thinking about the way that no workplace is really fair. There’s no fair labor under #capitalism.”

Though I'm Gen X, I'm with them on this and have been for a long time. Humanity needs a #solidarityeconomy.

People who are altruistic, humble, and aim to do right by all are also self-reflective, admit to making mistakes, and are willing to learn from them. Society benefits from people like this.

On the other hand, arrogant, self-serving, selfish, know-it-all people who insist their way is the best way are detriments to society.
