So I just saw the cover of the #ASoIaF 2024 calendar. Rhaegar and Lyanna. I wrote a 3 part series about the lead up to Harrenhal, the tourney and the aftermath and that cover makes me hopeful that some things may be right in the same way the reveal about the prophecy in #HotD makes me think that my Rickard Stark/southron ambitions essay is on the right track. I know this stuff is semi-canon but I'll take this if I can't have #TWoW.

Every time I spend time with this tree on the farm, I feel like it's about to open its branches and roots wide to reveal a portal that I probably shouldn't enter, but definitely, 100%, unquestionably would.
