@aggiegrad03 I don’t think we ate at a restaurant this year. Best thing I made this year was for Friendsgiving. It was pork ribs, bacon cured and smoked. There was other stuff, too. But, I don’t remember ;) Gloucestershire Old Spots are the most delicious pig.
@daniel_bohrer OMG! Thanks for sharing this! I have some more carving and sanding to do on the back of my 1st archtop guitar. Then, it time to glue together. I was going to make a bunch of “clamps” out of bolts, wing nuts and soft wood washers (sandwiching the guitar). I’m going to try this out. Maybe test it first.
It’s chili for dinner! Although, my fellow Texans would just call it soup. Started a pork ham in the Dutch oven in the morning. Cooked it until it fell apart. Added tomato paste, edemame, kale, yellow bell pepper tomatillos, tomatoes and onion… and of course the shredded pork.
