How lovely it is here on #Mastodon compared to #Twitter Hope it stays that way as it gets more popular. Only being able to search hashtags here is a real improvement against trolls IMO. Just checked my Twitter stats, 6223 account blocked, 240 muted and 23 muted words just to get it to be a pleasant experience. 🤔

Through the recreation deck window, two crew members watch as the new V'Ger lifeform makes it's way out of the Sol system.
Arex strummed gently on his lute. "Where do you think it's going?" he asks. "To seek out new life?"
M'Ress frowns "I'm not sure where it's going. But Spock told me where it's been."
Arex's hands paused over his lute "Oh?"
"During his mind meld with V'Ger, Spock saw that the cloud had passed through the Ceti Alpha system..."
Arex's eyes widened "...do you think..?"
"I don't know what to think" replied M'Ress. "But the sheer size of V'Ger... just being in close proximity could destabilise a planetary system."
Arex paused, and put the lute on the table before him. He suddenly felt he would be unable to sing.
Stargate slow rewatch (first since originally on) gets to end of season 4. Still loving the series, and glad the old dvds are so cheap on eBay. #Stargate
