For no particular reason, here's a picture of my cheese press. I'm using barbell weights to stabilize the press, press the curd, and raise the mould in the press.

The cheese is a relatively fresh cheese with herbs in, for tonight's dinner.

A delegation of the Aurora Helsinki antifa  group's members represented the group at the anti-imperialist "Organize! Fight! Win!" in Paris, they say.
Further stating that anti-fascist, anti-imperialist and socialist organizations from many countries and almost all continents were present.

They further detailed that the Paris meeting was organized around the anniversary of the murder of antifascist Clément Méric (1994-2013),
saying that Clément was their French comrade who was killed by neo-Nazis in 2013 and that in his memory demonstrations and other events have been held annually for over ten years now.
