In Texas statewide races, 8 Republicans got more votes than Abbott.
*0* Democrats got more votes than O'Rourke. In fact, none even came close to his vote total.
If I were a Texas Democrat (and I am not), I would think long and hard about this.

One vast improvement I have discovered with this elephant site: the desktop version is very similar to TweetDeck. If you use the "browser" instead of the app on your phone, and hold your phone sideways, you can see the individual columns there, too.
