Is it wrong to be aggressive & firm with solicitors who ignore multiple "no soliciting" signs on your home? My dogs already bark when delivery people come on the porch, and stop when then walk away. But ringing the bell makes them go out of their minds barking insane, hence I put up signs to prevent it. Also, if I didn't order anything or summon you, there's a 100% chance I'm not buying, changing my opinion, converting my beliefs, anything. So I'm already upset that I have to deal with the dogs, and further that the solicitor has disregarded my requests. Am I in the wrong for opening the door, confirming w/ quick assessment they're selling something (visible worn badge, pamphlets, clipboard, etc), and then pointing at the sign and firmly asking "Can you not fucking read?" Yes, its aggressive, but they've already disrespected my requests by ringing the bell to sell anyway.
