@Seandar16 - hey, I am still figuring out which shows to do, and NOT planning too far out, btw. There is an interesting steampunk outdoor show up by us, it will be tiny, but it’s a camping event, and the table fee is 15% of sales, capped at $150. If you’re at all interested, I’ll send you the info!

@RMiddleton - I believe the design started for city folks convalescing from tuberculosis +100 years ago, so the sky-gazing critique is dead fucking correct. Where the fuck is a restaurant using them for table seating? Straight to jail.

@Sfwmson @jamesbritt @triple - I grew up growing food and this is really good advice. Also, permaculture (a repackaging of indigenous practices so white people would pay attention to them) has a lot of good advice about how to observe your microclimate & conditions, and work within that.
It's not about gutting it out with growing food - that's not sustainable. It's genius-level laziness ;-)

Omg I have not posted here in ages. New job (food pantry coordinator to a FP serving 1000 folks a month), lots of craft shows happening, and working on art every spare minute I have.
I have always loved clothing & textiles, but not the fashion industry, so I am expanding more into artful up cycling of clothing, at pretty reasonable prices (a few pieces are higher, it they’re not things like shirts or jackets, more like fabulous vest things with giant Misfits skulls on them).
