@lepaggoth I’d agree with that, from my limited reading of him!
No need for boogeyman, as he shows the evil that some humans have inside, which is almost scarier in a way…
I'm sick of seeing Charlie Kirk's fucking face.
@Kzad_Bhat Hell yea! I’ve gotten into self hosting and learned a shitload in the last few months. I’ve been reading about the history of Ireland a lot too…

I’ve taken on some employment recently. The last job I had radicalised me against corporate bullshit. This job is particularly tricky as there isnt much to do. I spend most of my time trying to look busy, as my whole team are high level corpo's who dont realise how unproductive we all are.

To my fellow quiet quitters, anti-corp fighters and disillusioned corporate drones - what do you do to pass the time?

@farbel The bottom tray is cooling differently as it’s physically sitting on the cold refrigerated surface. Where the other two are insulated, and chilled only from the cold air surrounding the trays.
If you let the bottom tray sit on a bench for a few minutes the cubes should come out cleanly. It’s just colder than the other two trays and therefore the ice is sticking better.

That’s my hypothesis! :D

@farbel Yea I was pleasantly surprised at the ending! Not bad at all

11/22/63 - Stephen King

I’m not a fan of horror - but I’ve found Stephen King’s non-horror books to be really good!

For me, JFK was a subplot. The real story was in the main characters and the (intoxicating) idea of living life with some secret knowledge of the future, as well as the intoxicating idea of existing for one sole purpose. Great read.
