I want to crochet a cropped mesh cardigan, something the youngsters refer to as „Y2K cardigan“…
This is my design process so far.
1. Think about what it‘s supposed to look like on the body
2. Obtain all necessary measurements
3. Think about what each pattern piece should look like, append necessary measurements (circ:4 + ease)

Guess I‘ll have to commission someone (?!) to draw me a croquis of myself. I‘m so done with freely available ones looking nothing like me. I have lipedema, my legs aren‘t thin anywhere. And online services ($29 for a machine made one to custom measurements) don‘t come out looking like me either. #sewing #plussizesewing #fatsewing

Sewed a mockup for a crochet hook roll by my own design. Think I‘m going to make it a bit taller and wider. Right now it doesn‘t fit all my crochet hooks. 😁 #sewing #crochet

My #crochet granny square cardigan (made from hobbii rainbow 8/6) is finally done and has been through a washer/dryer cycle.

I‘m almost done with my wednesday vest! Just finishing off the ribbing and then sewing in what feels like 4300 ends.. #crochet

Granny Squares are blocked, prepped with stitch markers at the corners and basically ready for assembly! 😁 #crochet

My yarn is barfing. Sometimes centerpull is annoying. 😁
