Had quite the informative call with a Microsoft support person who wanted to help me get rid of hackers on my "Microsoft PC". I had trouble understanding everything they said because of terrible audio quality and they often had to repeat themselves and spell things to me. It took about 30 minutes until they started cursing me and hung up. Very unprofessional!
@Garwboy couldn't agree more. How about we apply the same to people calling themselves democrats while supporting war after war?
