Had quite the informative call with a Microsoft support person who wanted to help me get rid of hackers on my "Microsoft PC". I had trouble understanding everything they said because of terrible audio quality and they often had to repeat themselves and spell things to me. It took about 30 minutes until they started cursing me and hung up. Very unprofessional!
