Made chili crab for friends again. We are starting to get this recipe really nailed down. Maybe time to buy a food truck and start a mobile chili crab business 😂🦀🤔

For lunch today, I made gnocchi with butternut squash, bacon, sage, and brown butter! I didn’t pay attention at all to the ingredient ratios and ended up with at least 3 normal portions of gnocchi 😋
The butternut squash tilted the entire dish towards being very sweet. I think if I do this again, I’ll reduce the ratio of squash and add something salty, like feta crumbles or capers (or just big flakes of Maldon to finish it!)
Today I’m going to read some of The Mythical Man Month with Sam, which means together we’ll read it twice as fast

Saw the Mean Girls musical in #Toronto tonight. The choreography and stage tech went HARD. An absolute delight, highly recommend catching if you wanna make fetch happen
Last night I made (among other dishes!) some smashed cucumbers, dressed with soy sauce, black vinegar, sesame oil, and chili oil — I’m convinced this is the most delicious way to eat your vegetables 🥗
