Any candidates promising to bring back thinkgeek?
Recently got into backing a few #boardgames on Kickstarter and hoo boy there's some privileged fucks in those comments.
This is too good.
We played #1860IsleofWight yesterday. It took waaay too long (6.5h), resulting in only 3 hours of sleep. It dragged in the middle. I played bad. Yes, I like this one very much. Like last time, I noticed after few ORs how regardless of it's laissez-faire ruleset, there are so many subtle things differentiating a good from a bad play. Unfortunately, I forgot all of them in the meantime 🤣 And - like last time - I wished to be better at playing aggressively. @18xx #boardgames #brettspiele #18xx

Licensed Board Game Adaptation: The Boardgame.

Each player takes the role of a studio, picking from available licenses (computer games, movies...), putting together a Kickstarter campaign where they try to pack as many miniatures into as large a box as possible while sticking to a completely unrealistic price.

Because you are constantly underwater, you need to keep the Kickstarter treadmill going to stay afloat. Whoever finishes the most campaigns before they go bankrupt wins.

School design teacher here. After years of binning kids projects that they couldn't be bothered to take home, I changed all of the dimensions of the specifications so that they'd fit perfectly into my log burner. School bins empty, my heating bills low. Win, win.
Went on a date to see the 3rd Lord Of The Rings film. Getting into bed later I did a Gollum impression and grabbed his dick while saying "my precious." The look of horror on his face I thought I'd fucked up. Later on when he came he shouted "for Frodo!" 15 years married this year.

Thousands of years from now... humans have long since left a depleted Earth, and much of what we know about it is forgotten or confused.

But the arts are thriving, and two drama graduates find something unexpected when they make a pit stop to find parts to fix their tea machine...
