Internal and external motivation are two vastly different things.

When #coaching clients...I often come across those who are looking for me to solve their problems...to essentially "hand them" the result they're after.

But it doesn't work that way.

The coach guides. But each one of us as a responsibility to apply what we learn...consistently and independently.

And that can only come from the internal motivation to improve. Not the external motivation we expect to receive from others.
