I have confirmed archive.ph, which archive.today redirects to, has malicious code which attempts to spam gyrovague.com with requests. The code I independently verified matches the code in the Hacker News post.

Zu einer Zeit, als noch nicht alles im Internet landete, hatte Amnesty International eine Plakatkampagne mit einem Projektil als Sujet. Darunter stand "Das geht vielen durch den Kopf."
Das würde heutzutage leider sowohl auf den #Iran als auch auf die #USA zutreffen. 😟

@pixeldorf Das Rezept sieht vernünftig aus! (Allerdings hab ich den Verdacht, dass 125g Nudeln plus 125g Käse pro Portion etwas viel sind.)
Ich hatte heute keine Lust auf Kochen nach Rezept, hab das nach Gefühl gekocht und mir nicht nur die Brösel, sondern auch das Überbacken gespart. Hat auch funktioniert 🙂

Die Béchamelsauce mit Käse ist übrigens super für Tortilla Chips und kommt im Gegensatz zu den gekauften Käsesaucen ohne Phosphate aus.

Gestern hab ich ein Video über einen Streetfoodfuzzi aus Berlin gesehen, der Mac and Cheese verkauft - und mir gedacht: geil!

Heute gab's das als Abendessen. Das ist nicht schwierig zuzubereiten: Nudeln kochen, eine Béchamelsauce machen und geriebenen Cheddar darin schmelzen, dann alles mischen, fertig. Wenn man im letzten Schritt ein bisschen geriebenen Mozzarella hineinmischt, ziehen die fertigen Mac and Cheese lange Fäden.
