Guilty pleasure and snacking. There are amazing benefits in eating walnuts: lots of omega 3's and a good source of protein. Most importantly only one teaspoon of sugar per 100 g.
What I ate this morning: a bowl of cottage cheese and heavy cream and 3 carrots. And the icing on the cake: hot cocoa with a big piece of butter. No, I do not need sugar to feel energized. This will keep me going for many hours.
Fasting day. I only indulge in a cup of coffee and a teaspoon of olive oil.
