Found a way to distinguish which one is my personal laptop and which one is my work laptop.

So, this goober escaped from the house (AGAIN) yesterday while we were out of town, causing us to rush home, and spent the last 27 hours strolling around the neighborhood.

Today, he just walked in the front door right at dinner time, went straight up to the food table and was like "I've missed multiple meals while I was gone, can I have them all now please?"

I am impressed that my favorite sushi bar can still find new fish I haven’t tried, although I’m not 100% convinced they aren’t just making these up with AI.

“Banded jacopever” has to be made up, right?

But what if we ... didn't?

@dan This is pure genius and adorable!
@dan I remember when I thought bringing a Mac to work at MSFT was edgy :/

@tobinbaker I had some trouble getting it, but not because it was a Mac. They told me I had just gotten a new primary work device the year before and wasn’t eligible for an upgrade.

Upon further investigation, they thought I was using a 32-port Mellanox 400GbE switch as my primary work device.

@dan @tobinbaker the IT department defines "primary work device" as "thing which cat can sit on"
