@evacide sadly laws lagg behind for many reasons. This is new technology and that like phones in all our pockets and expectations of privacy that's pry been violated more than once. The redefining of expectation of privacy and different interpretations by diff judges.. I honestly don't know how this is legal. But then again if we revisit history we know who the laws protect for the most part..
@evacide what if they were told to use tails running from usb, physically unmounted drives and only for a channel for a temporary account keep making new profiles and periodically restart tor browser or gpg or whatever.. can we even trust encryption? How long could NSA crack the pgp encryption Snowden endorsed..? Either way I'd use the encryption upgrade.. vpn would be nice to hide entering the tor net
