@evacide sadly laws lagg behind for many reasons. This is new technology and that like phones in all our pockets and expectations of privacy that's pry been violated more than once. The redefining of expectation of privacy and different interpretations by diff judges.. I honestly don't know how this is legal. But then again if we revisit history we know who the laws protect for the most part..
