It's helpful to acknowledge factors that contribute to quality of life, like intergenerational wealth. As @jackdougherty has shown, local wealth accumulation relates back to rules that prohibited Black people from living in large areas of #WeHa. Black & Latino adults are more likely to experience discrimination, regardless of income or home address. Throughout #Connecticut, they are up to 9X more likely than white adults to have been unfairly treated or stopped by police on *multiple occasions* during the past 3 years.
