@LifeTimeCooking unfortunately I never had the chance to try that in my digestive tract 😅
I'm still not 100% happy with the results, but something like 0,5-1,0g wood per liter for 8-15 days yields a nice finishing touch. You just have to experiment a little. Happy brewing!
@LifeTimeCooking Pro-tip: Use an aquarium filter pump to boost the acidification. What usually takes months is done in weeks. I sometimes also add wood chips to the process to simulate a barrel.
