ho ri-aperto pixelfed dopo tipo 10 mesi per mettere due fotine della mia mini passeggiata di oggi, e credo sia questo il bello di queste app del fediverso, non sentire nessun obbligo di condividere per forza, fare doom scrolling, performare etc.

The last paragraph outlines the most important step: switch to a plant-based diet, or at least eat as much plant-based as you can.

Also: vote for a party that has YOUR interests at heart, not the interests of big businesses and the oil and animal agriculture industries. Campaign against war. Support small/local farms and food producers.

Or: grow your own food, if you can.
