On Tuesday, September 3rd, we had our second edition of C°F meetups this year 🎉

Focused on building trustworthy AI, the meetup featured presentations by Kars Alfrink, Seowoo Nam, and Brecht De Man. Each speaker offered their perspectives on the topic of being critical of AI, and how more transparent practices around AI tools can provide creatives with better resources.

Meetup recap: building trustworthy AI

On September 3rd, we hosted an engaging meetup focused on the critical topic of "Building trustworthy AI." As the field of artificial intelligence continues to evolve at a rapid pace, the importance of fostering trust and transparency in AI systems has never been more clear.

Overall, they acknowledged that we’re in a transitional period with an unsure future, and being skeptical is responsible. That said, they also remain optimistic about the future and look forward to discovering all the possibilities and potential unlocked by AI.

To support this mission, we created the data-driven platform OPUS, which unifies different tools and data sources, ultimately giving managers more time to devote to their artists within one application.

OPUS allows the WMG teams discover what types of music resonate with which audiences, compare performance across different platforms, analyze to which playlists an artist is added and how that will influence discovery of that artist, and more.
