@fla Here are a couple small #Diaspora critiques that come to mind as easy to fix:
1) Default font size should be 16px for accessibility. 13px is too small. Easy to change in the browser, but no reason the default should be so small.
2) The sidebar should be collapsible; once you scroll down, it becomes wasted screen real estate
3) It'd help to have more inline documentation, particularly around privacy controls. "Ignore" vs. "Block" is unintuitive, for instance; but critically important!

@mykola Which parts have you already covered? "Better privacy", "no promoted tweets", and "good chance of engaging in meaningful conversation with strangers about topics of interest" all are good ones.

@willnationsdev @eylul You can spend time on Mastodon talking about your cool project without being evil; it's when you have to pay for exposure and repost the same memes to show up in people's feeds on Twitter or Facebook that it gets awful.
@tinyworlds @eylul There's totally room for cat memes. :) They're just not going to make people go to your website and buy your art. Which is a good thing.
@eylul Mastodon is definitely not the place for viral toots and memes. That's been super refreshing.
