My simple progress tracker "How is it?" got finally released.

Give it a go, it costs less than a Cappuccino 😜

‎How is it?

‎It’s easy to forget your progress when you’re frustrated. Mood trackers aren’t reflecting the progress you’ve made and diaries need too much attention. How is it? is the quick and easy solution. Simply open, press a button and that’s it. All just happening on your device. How is it? is a tool for i…

@harmash Hey Mykola! Congrats to the launch :)
I am preparing one as well. Also kind of a tracker app. Unfortunately not as beautiful as yours 😅

Sharing a tab group on MacOS Safari results into a "Preparing..." dialogue with an "OK" button.

What is "OK" supposed to do, dear Apple?!

@kayleesdevlog do // - MARK: for getting even a divider in it!

I love those things that let you design your code :)

@larstransportworld @chris bundling together sounds like a reasonable rule for coloring. I was looking for something like this meaning since color can be information as well. Coloring looks easy but is a very interesting own problem to solve. Nicely done!

I wonder how the map looks when the different train types get their own color.

@penpot Im just saying: even Figma does not have Grids ;)
This will be the first tool with real responsive designing!

I remembered this wallpaper I saved around the time the iPod 3 was out. Figured I would try to make a recreation of it for modern iPhones. I can’t guarantee that it will align properly on all iPhones but it should work on at least all the 6.1 inch models.

Feel free to download and share! Link to post is appreciated. :)

Had an UX test where the participant asked #ChatGPT to summarize an job ad and asked in another tab #ChatGPT to check if the summary is valid.
And in the next step the participant used ChatGPT to write the email for the job publication.

WTF?

Hypothesis: in the future we will distance us as humans even more from each other because we will use AIs like ChatGPT to create pleasant texts during written conversations.

The input is for humans, the output comes from AI.

How certain do you think this will be the new normal?

@DanielBerezhnoy @chris btw: although I understand that the star icon or even the term „favorited“ is a bad choice (because you can also bookmark which is like favoriting a website without the website knowing), I wouldn’t reinvent the wheel unless the Mastodon developers do decide upon that.

And it’s all a big discussion from there on: https://www.socialmediatoday.com/social-networks/twitter-switches-stars-hearts-favorites-likes-why-would-they-do

Twitter Switches from Stars to Hearts, 'Favorites' to 'Likes' - Why Would They Do This?

What's in a name? What's the difference between a heart and a star, a handshake and a hug, a 'favorite' and a 'like'? Really, when you break it down, probably a lot, but regardless, Twitter, effective immediately, is changing its 'star' icon for favorites to a heart - a move which has sparked much response from the Twitter community.
