Trump is not going to go to jail since that would impinge upon his duties as president. How about 5 years of probation, during which he is prohibited from doing things outside the responsibilities of the president, playing golf. If you have a day free to play golf, you have a day you could be in jail. So, no golf, you got president stuff to do.
