The scourge of single-use vapes - an article in the FT.

Whenever I see a sign promoting “disposable” vapes I feel sick, these things have lithium ion batteries in with no way to recharge them. According to this article enough lithium in the “disposable” vapes sold in the UK last year for 2,500 EV batteries. Enough copper for hundreds of thousands of EV chargers (not sure which component of a charger or perhaps socket or cable they mean)
