I love #gaming of all types, especially of the #RPG, #OpenWorld, and #MMO variety. I play #BoardGames and #Tabletop games like #Warhammer, #frostgrave, #DnD, and #OSE.

If I'm not sleeping, I'm listening to music. Mostly indie bands, post rock, shoegaze and dream pop.

I've been invited to join a #DND5E game on #Roll20. Sadly, the party already has a Dwarf, so some tough decisions are going to have to be made.

Do I make a make a Dwarf and play second banana, or try something new? I've kinda been wanting to play a Kenku for awhile now, so this might be a good excuse. Would a birb Rogue obsessed with shiny things be a bit too stereotypical?

I'm hoping we'll be able to move to a better state next year, but the cost of housing pretty much everywhere in the US is getting perpetually worse.

It's been two weeks since I've returned from Japan. I'm always a bit depressed when I come back, but it's been a lot worse this time.

It's not a perfect country by any means, but they have: universal healthcare, efficient mass transit (local and national), and a social safety net. All things that contribute to a low crime rate. There are zero mass shootings.

Coming back to an increasingly hostile and fascist-leaning state certainly doesn't help.
