@ali1234 Very true, I just wondered if Fluxer was catching up in numbers yet at all, seems to be the talk of the town - so I'd expect it to grow quick.
But we'll have to wait and see!
Stoat vs Fluxer - which is actually winning in terms of gaining the most ex-Discord users? Anyone know?
I assume Stoat is winning based on the numbers I've seen, but I'm confused because in my feeds all I see anyone talking about is Fluxer. Trouble is I can't find any numbers for Fluxer other than the member counts on fluxerservers - which are all pretty low.
@ifearghal Since my earlier response I'm seeing more and more whispers across the internet about Fluxer. Seems like its picking up traction very quickly. I have a feeling its going to end up being the one that picks up the bulk of the Discord exodus. E2EE is apparently on the roadmap, as is federation - so if they actually go through with those, could be a brilliant app.
I still kinda feel more comfortable with Movim and Matrix though for already having E2EE.
@ifearghal The top contenders I've found have been Movim, Matrix, Stoat, and Fluxer. Movim and Matrix have the advantages of E2EE, so are better secured - while Stoat and Fluxer have the advantages of being closer to Discord.
I'm currently trying them all out and gonna settle on my favourite(s)
