Seven years since planting, I'm harvesting my first ramps bulbs. Til now I've just been taking single leaves from larger plants.

After a couple of rather spectacular failures due to not paying attention, I have #syrup from the single black #maple I tapped very late in this year's season, out of curiosity. If the weather forecast holds, I should get another batch before the sap stops running.
