I’m often surprised by how much anxiety I have about work that has almost nothing to do with the actual work I do. It’s all about navigating interpersonal relationships and office politics. As a flaming introvert, this should come as no surprise, but my main issue seems to be how bad people are at basic communication, follow through, and attention to detail. They suck at it and this disturbs me because no one else seems bothered by it.

@neil I certainly understand your preference. I've trashed too many of my home lab bare-metal servers when I was learning, so opted for putting everything i installed into a KVM guest for easy clean up if (when) I screwed it up.
Since starting my new job I've been working with containers a lot more and have a better understanding of them and their nuances now.
To the point I might even migrate my current containers out of the guest and onto the host itself.

@h3artbl33d @bjc @neil I see a lot of hate for the home assistant container. I deployed my instance in this manner when I didn't know better. Aside from the normal hurdle of USB passthrough (for Zigbee adapter) I don't really have any issues. I know this is a "well good for you" thing, but some insight into the regular issues people face would be interesting to read.
