Here’s a #sourdough pizza I made with a artichoke, spinach, and parmesan base, mozzarella cheese, and roasted red peppers.
Fresh breads tonight. These really poofed out wide and round.

This is an Irish brown bread — soda bread made with whole grain barley and wheat flour, some molasses, porter, and buttermilk. It’s soft and richly delicious. We ate a bunch before I took the photo.
